🧪 Step 1.

Book in here for a 30 minute 1-1 Anxiety Audit to assess the most helpful steps to release blocks and get the results you want. Again if you are super ready to move, you can go straight to booking into a programme like REWIRE, but we will need to have a chat before we start to assess what you want to leave behind and gain instead.
🧪 Step 3.
Fill in forms, confirm Ts & Cs and receive the first part of your programme.
⚡Usually this is a powerful hypnotherapy recording, often my exclusive ‘Evolution Room’, where you start the process of rewire negative beliefs and experiences that have had you playing small.
🧠 Session 1: Explore biggest/oldest emotional blocks by tracing back from now into the past. We create a special safe place where you feel completely comfortable and in control, then use targetted tools to reprocess how the brain has filed these experiences, linked them to others and expertly remove the emotional charge that’s been unconsciously eliciting anxiety responses. We replace it with preferred feelings, behaviours and sensations for the you 2.0
🧠 Session 2: Deep dive into the language the unconscious and nervous system uses to audit experiences and access the link between the soma (the body) and the unconscious for rapid change. We use multiple non-trance techniques and tools such as my Belief Buster, Procrastination Blaster, Inner Critic<Inner Fan to remove specific issues, even symptoms, and replace them with crazy confidence, self-belief, motivation, resilience - what you want, how you want it.
⚡You can practice these tools daily to process and clear negative feelings, blocks, procrastination, habits even pain as and when they arise to deepen your programme results and for the rest of your life.
🧠 Session 3: We go deeper into the connection between somatically held blocks and conscious and unconscious thought patterns and personal beliefs using a blend of ancient Eastern and modern Western therapies to further rewrite old patterns before using hypnotherapy to access your personal timeline through joy (not trauma), to re-edit events and generalise positive changes you want across your timelines and future. Here we can further address anxiety and menopause symptoms and habit change.
⚡You can take-away tools and audio used in session to reverse limiting thought process, beliefs and emotional blocks as and when you need.
🧠 Session 4: We usually focus on any remaining deep somatic energetic blocks completely clearing the path for all your new beliefs, desires, sensations and transformations to embed. We may use a further hypnotic visualisation alongside energy clearing to reshape your self-perception and internal dialogue, implanting total self-acceptance and a persistent inner monologue of love and support.

Even if:

✅ It’s no obstacle. I use potent language and body centred tools that don’t need either to get results. I adapt my process to introduce more of the tools and techniques that DO suit you.

✅ We don’t need to. And if we do you don’t need to verbalise it. Your body and unconscious knows what needs to be healed, reprocessed and let go and it can be unblocked and rewired without actively rehashing the past.

✅ It doesn’t matter - we all have limiting blocks and beliefs - it’s inescapable - and your unconscious and body will guide you to yours. We work with feelings not knowledge, memory or logic.

✅ It may happen. It is part of the process and is natural and healthy. You do need to allow yourself the space for emotions to rise and be released. After sessions you may feel more emotional and tired but in the following days you will feel lighter and more positive, like a heavy weight has been lifted from within.
